1. Tear down and hauling away the existing door(s).
2. Installation of the new door, with all new track, springs,
and hardware.
3. We use PWS (perimeter weather seal) around the top and
sides of the garage door.
4. Readjustment of the existing door opener to operate your
new door, and safety check of the door opener .
Warranty:
All new doors carry a 1 year warranty against defects in
installation. The manufacturer also provides specific
warranties that vary by model.

Our Door Opener Installation Includes:
1. Removal of the existing door opener.
2. Surface mount wiring or connection to pre- wiring for
photo cell safety system.
3. Rigid angle mounting brackets.
4. Servicing of the existing door (oil, tighten hardware, etc.)
5. Coding in transmitters and keyless entry.
6. Final safety check to make sure door opener is operating
properly.
